With that said, I'm not sure if go to envoy for the bonus or Endeavor for their new TA. Tough decision, what do you guys recommend.

Go to Envoy I’d you don’t have a degree. You will not get in with a major without one.

I'm not a hole digger. No checkride failures for that matter. Thanks guys for the advice I will likely apply to Envoy soon hopefully I can get the 175, it just looks so cool.

I wouldn’t bet on it. You must not have done much research on envoy.

I have a pretty good idea why...

Anyway we have 40 175s now. 4 more on the way in 2 months with no news about more. More guys flowing will be coming from 145s and we will be getting more 140s from the desert. Perhaps if your over 55 and do the pipeline program you have a shot. Even then you’ll be the most junior guy on a slow climb in the 175 seniority list. Better off going for the 145 and driving to Miami base. You’ll probably say I’m crazy. That’s why I said what I did about you doing your research. It’s a big gamble on your part to hope for the 175. Even sillier to expect it.

What's so great about the 175? It's new and pretty but, what else?

Career > equipment IMO. I guess SJS still exists?

Bigger plane = longer routes. Essentially the 145 does DFW, tyr txk act abi sps law grk. This is our main route structure. Compare it to DFW Canada or cities on the east coast. If I had a choice I'd choose 175 FO but 145 CA.

Also relative seniority plays into it. Movement above you combined with the growth of the 175 fleet makes a difference as well.
