The "Me Generation" resignation = bid all RAPs for months and quit when you finally get called lol

For a 145 FO that could be up to 3-4 months if you're smart about it.

I was told a story of a pilot here that did just that. He was a day trader and quit when he was called.

So your saying it’s ok to be paid like we work at a gas station? The rates we I came here were equal to everyone else in the regional industry. Not so much anymore.

Be patient, this company has historically been REACTIVE to industry changes, not proactive.
