Stop coming to Envoy.

If you come for flow, you might flow in a decade. After the hiring wave is complete and you are a permanent narrow body FO for the rest of your career.

Same story at PSA. 10 year flow for new hire. Probably 8-9 years for me. 2017 hire.

People come here for quick movement and get out once they reach their time just like any other regional. This post is so dramatic

If you started at almost any regional just before COVID hit and weren’t “furloughed” or what ever term you want to use, you probably spent that entire time on reserve. Certainly not defending the ‘Voy, but it certainly doesn’t hold an exclusive on this.

the reserve rules for a junior guy are HORRIBLE. Thats something the company can work on but they straight up refused to do it.
