Would be nice if you made a video highlighting how Envoy pilots get paid. Just a simple comparison between Envoy and say PSA another WO of AAG. Just a honest, truthful, factual, informative video like you say you would provide regarding regional life. Pay is a huge part.

Maybe you’ll get lucky and avoid being displaced into a 145 as Captain.
And maybe if you avoid the 145 and get the 175 you’ll avoid a year of reserve, but don’t count on it.
Airport standby and two hour “long call” are still crap reserve rules.

I don't downplay anything. It is what it is. If you get 145 ORD, you can move back to DFW in a month or two, no big deal.
If you get displaced to 145 as captain, you'll get back to DFW soon. No big deal.
Airport standby doesn't happen often, no big deal.
