What was this based on then, because this is not the way things have been done? Furlough returning? Those that have been to “orientation” before the hire date of the cadets? I don’t think the orientation program has been going long enough for that to be a thing and I also can’t see ENY letting someone who has been to orientation pass on a class date when offered.

So did they do by orientation date and within that by cadet/121/age? Either way, definitely throws multiple wrenches into trying to figure out where you might stand for those thinking they want to be Envoyed, er, uh, I mean want to come to Envoy.

OK, so prior 121 generally picks middle. But if some weird scenario unfold JUST right, he might pick first. And if some weird scenario unfolded JUST wrong, he might pick last.

Debating between jumping ship at RPA and switching to Envoy before I start military pilot training in the spring. I’m an FO currently at RPA with good seniority, but I’m coming back off of military leave and training is backed up. I want to go to American and the flow, bonuses, and ORD/MIA bases at Envoy are attractive. I’m typed in the 175 so hoping that might help get me the 175 if I decide to come. Pros Cons? Worth staying at Republic if I want to get to American down the road or will my military time make it irrelevant to need to go to a WO? And are the current FO bonuses worth it?
