Per our union's data, many more jumpseats have been denied by AA mainline/wholly owned than by YX you clown 🤡

Just let it go. They need someone to hate to distract themselves from how miserably they're treated.

An airline with better pay and work rules is an easy target. So easy, in fact, they're willing to make up a bunch of lies to make themselves feel better.

I love the YX fanboys such as yourself. I don’t worry about jumpseating to work so your little crusade doesn’t matter to me. I wish you nothing but the best in your career as you prepare for your lifer job at YX.

Pretty telling, actually. It doesn't affect me so why should I care? That's precisely the attitude that has gotten so many in this industry into trouble. Maybe try actually caring about others and working for their benefit, even if it has no direct impact on you.

As for my career, not sure why you think I plan to stay at Republic. I don't.

That said, with my time here, I've actively worked to better my colleagues' experiences. Even if I'm long gone before any benefits are realized.

What have you done to make Envoy a better place to be?

Contrary to what you may think, I'm actively rooting for y'all to get what you deserve. Not only should y'all be compensated better for doing the same job we do, but a rising tide lifts all ships. When people are willing to work for substandard compensation, it hurts the whole industry.

For far too long, Envoy has been able to sell the flow as the only thing of importance. And too many naive kids with SJS bought it. I hope your management has recruiting issues going forward because only then will you have any negotiating leverage.

Good luck to you.

Last I checked, your pilot group was the second after Endeavor to get the pay bump and it was your pilot group that took substantially less than Endeavor. Sooo.... your point would be?...

Year 1 FO
Endeavor 52
Republic 46
Envoy 50

Year 4 FO
Endeavor 64
Republic 54
Envoy 56

Year 6 CA
Endeavor 103
Republic 101
Envoy 95

Look, I used to be a commuter myself. It sucks, I understand completely watching an aircraft pull away from the gate as you watch helplessly through the window.

With that said, the Republic pilot group has been too far aggressive with Mainline AA. The fact your Union bypassed APA and went directly to AAG management was kinda a low blow. How the whole JS war went down with United to the point an entire website was detonated to blacklisting YX pilots, you can see how some may get the impression UX pilots may be stuck there for a while. And with that said, y’all have at least a decent contract if anything.

With Endeavors flow we expect a lot of changes around here or things will not go well for our company. Barring another 2013 scenario, our group is trying to get the QOL items and pay raises our pilot group deserves, and what the company deserves. Our company apparently has at least recognized that, so we will see what happens.

I am not a fan of non-wholly owned carriers coming on here and bashing us because of a flow agreement, and I’m not trying to single you out or group all YX pilots together on this opinion. A lot of us here do not rely on it (we’ve already lost at least 50 people last month natural attrition) and those that flow have done their time and deserve it. I am not sure if non-wholly own pilots come on here to bash us because they don’t have that and it’s jealousy or what, but if you really wish “what’s best” for us, then show it by refraining from comments such as this.

The people and crews I’ve worked with have been amazing so far and things are moving again, we’re getting 300% OT rates (yes even super junior people have gotten SCC by knowing the system), so we make do here.

Can their be improvements? Absolutely! But this isn’t some dumpster fire. We all want what’s best for for our people and our company, plain and simple. Personally, I think only two people remain in the way from a total positive reform.

Will envoy and PSA match the Piedmont 70k thing? I don’t see how one wholy owned gets what the others don’t, but then again I never was in the wholy owned game.
