I have heard Doug Parker’s wife owned a portion of Mesa, first I have heard that AAG owned any portion of it.

But even if AAG owned a portion of the company, it’s not like they could just transfer those aircraft to a wholly owned.

The union better get on this and as far as I’m concerned we should be going for back pay to the effective date of PSA’s agreement. This is bull.

Why the new deal mid-contract?

PSA said it was necessary to “stay competitive in a rapidly-changing regional airline environment.”

Then do something about it and contact MEC Leadership directly and let them know, otherwise, nothing will change.

They own about 10 percent because when they went into bankruptcy that was part of the deal for us airways to get a percentage of Mesa I guess. So American has it now.
