Please clarify as I truly don’t know. If those training dates in July are accurate can one also expect that if they proffer to a new base and are awarded it? Or would they move you right away?

this assuming you are a captain and typed already, so just base transfer.

Aren't displacements done from the bottom up?
For example, if there were 10 unfilled vacancies and there were 20 qualified FOs, the most junior 10 would get displaced to captain.

you can also proffer to displace, then it’s done top to bottom, before regular displacements

Doing this would also preserve your ability to get the seat lock pay.

There is supposedly a “big” upgrade (compared to this one) coming around April, per a union rep.
