like another poster said, PDT and PSS had hiring trouble hence the pay raises, envoy doesn't so no need for pay raises.

Why would They? CAs aren't really going many places so why give raises when they have a line out the door to replace those FOs that are under 2 years on property. It has been this way for awhile now hence no pay raises.

Pretty much as I predicted 2 years ago. The RTP guys are prime candidates for the LCC’s, an extremely high percentage are going to bounce once they get the call.
AA basically paid for their training and hours and have failed to retain them.
Good for them!

Seriously ...the only FOs I fly with that are 100% buying in to the flow and nothing else are the Cadets. The RTP guys and everyone else are smart enough to be trying to get out anywhere that is a step up. The cadets are brainwashed into thinking that this is their only path forward.

That said, if you're above an 800 number, by all means bounce for Alaska, JetBlue, Spirit, Frontier, etc.

For LCCs, warrants are a great target because not having a college degree limits their options to escape. Especially if we assume that they didn't grab 121 PIC before jumping. However, for a commissioned guy you kinda gotta wonder, unless they're so close to aging out that the spreadsheet math works vs a legacy.

That’s the demographic though. The young RTP’s typically do have degrees. The older ones don’t care about AA and want to make bank now.
AA have the perfect training platform to make them employable to a LCC.
