A quick peek at my compensation information off the pay page in our site still shows me at the old payrate, if that means anything.

They still have another week to adjust things for the mid month pay.

Way to take the high ground. You are a perfect example of managment at this company.

It’s a huge amount more. Don’t alter the economy by spending it all in the same place. 🤣
There’s language in the third LOA (the “implementation” one), that seems to allow the company until Sept 30th to get it implemented. Most of the LOA is about the back pay, but the last line or two looks to me like it allows the company some time to get the rates adjusted.

I can’t, for the life of me, figure out why this is complicated for them. Every paycheck has your hour credit number on it. All they need to do is multiply that by the new pay rate. Even if they are doing it manually, we’re only talking about a couple of pay checks.

That's the mec saying thank you to mgt for there graciousness in the pay raise and flow increase. The pilots as a side note should forget the aip ever existed.

I had a video interview and just moved to the next step of screening with another company. Does anyone know what happens if I leave envoy and they still have not paid retro pay? Will that be the last “envoy’d” farewell? Or will they actually do the right thing and send you a check home?
