I think the reality is it could happen to any of us. (except delta pilots of course) stay safe and remember when in doubt 121.50 and call delta for help! Vast vast amount of experience being the best and only the best. LPS syndrome?

That other crew they fired for airmanship, the CA is back but the FOs career is over.
