Sounds about right. Last agreement they said they would work on improving reserve rules, nothing ever came out of that.

Still not true.... again you don’t know what you are talking about.

The "deal" is between the pilot bidding for the leave, and the company deciding to award it. If the company would request something from the pilot group in exchange for it, then that would be a different issue.
If this LOA gets signed, then it's up to the pilots to decide if it works for them or not. It's an option for them. And my usually credible sources tell me having options is what a large number of pilots are asking for.

Ive read your threads when you guys got your pay LOA last year. If I don’t know what I’m talking about then that means 90% of your pilot group doesn’t know what theyre talking about. All my information comes from your group.

COVID paused those talks.

I see both sides to this. The truth is probably in the middle. Likely, we all want to make better pay and qol. I hope that we all are striving for this as individuals, companies, or WO partners.

Just suggesting we focus our efforts on solving the problem in front of us, not the mistakes we've collectively made in the past.

Let's not waste energy on something we will likely never agree on and most certainly cannot change.

We are all still in this crap storm together.

Sure send spears about my head in the sand, or rose colored sun glasses, but at least both groups are talking, even in an informal APC forum, lets shift that to making better changes for all of us through our respective MECs, preferably together, or separate if unable to coordinate. So long as everyone is raising the bar.

AAG could be facing a huge PR nightmare if this goes badly for anyone wearing an AA uniform. News reporters, Representatives, and joe blow voter has no idea what a WO is, but they do know AAG takes billions to keep people on payroll at least until OCT.

My credible sources tell me the MEC won't believe any handshake deals offered to them.

Your information comes from these forums?? You think 90% of our pilot group comes on here?

Nobody at Envoy has any reason to think less of the PSA pilot group. The current pilot group hasn’t done anything to disrupt the QOL or contractual reality of Envoy. Anyone who says otherwise is just wrong.

The current beef that’s going around is your unions lack of cooperation/communication with the other WO pilot groups.

Y’all have literally just undercut our negotiations for a LOA of greater than 19 hours. Stop looking outward and instead look inward.

In my Maury voice, “Recent posts on this very thread say otherwise.”

Also, if you’d like me to copy and paste posts from last year I’d be more than happy to do so. They’re not opinions from your group. They are facts taken from the LOA and contract language.
