When I got interviewed, they walked the guy who wore a plaid smoking jacket and khakis before they even started collecting people for interviews. Now they're hiring without any interview whatsoever lmao.
This place is gonna crash a jet, I can feel it.

Yes, this site shows all of that. https://red-flower-0c5c2520f.1.azurestaticapps.net/
A recruiter can also confirm years count for everything but seniority. They claim you can bid FO and still be paid as a Captain for up to 18 months but I don't really know if that will be true or not based on people bypassing upgrade for quality of life.

Pretty easy day. A few people wore suits, a few wore business casual. The recruiter told me to just wear business casual. They bring you into a conference room when you get there, and give a presentation. After that you start one on one with a recruiter for paperwork. The paperwork takes a while, but they feed you a really early lunch during that. Logbook review is straight forward. Then they send you downstairs to do drug test and fingerprints. Overall is really relaxed and easy. We were done by 11 or so. Then you wait a couple weeks to see what they offer as far as an orientation date.
Unfortunately it took either the FAA or Mesa more than a month to get my PRIA back to Envoy and it cost me a lot of seniority. Probably 2 classes worth.
Anyhow, I go to orientation on 10/6 and then will get my class date.

Exactly this. Business casual unless you’re doing the full interview.
