Don’t plan on being an FO for long, they have started forcing upgrades again.

Does anyone know why I have not heard a peep from Envoy after sending in my application over two months ago?

have my ATP/CPT completed, no 121 time.

I have 121 time although not 600 hours with a 175 type and was told my application will not be looked at until the end of the year. Don’t put all your eggs in one basket.

Take a look at other threads. They’re ghosting everyone that is not DEC.

How long to upgrade and hold a CA line in DFW?

I have a fair bit of 121 TPIC time.

Upgrade and DFW based probably immediately.

Hold a line? Possibly a couple of years. All of the current FO’s on property will be senior to you when they upgrade. If enough Direct Entry Captains (DEC’s) are hired behind you, you may see a line sooner, but you shouldn’t count on it. I’m prepared to be on reserve for a long time. It is what it is.

Talking to the recruiting staff...Thy mentioned that even being hired DEC qualified don't expect to sit longer than 3-6 months before being pushed to the left seat. Conversation as of a few days ago.

I'm returning to flying after a several year lay off from flying. Ultimately waiting for the call from AA or SWA.

I have 10 years of 121 time, mostly in the left seat.

Am I understanding correctly that I would start at 10 year CA pay (something like $180/hr)?

What about having a TON of 135 time?
