I would consider reaching out to the company and getting some clarification. Doesn't hurt to ask. The CJO is very clear in what it is and clearly states "conditional job offer" along with other job-specific details. I got mine about a week or so after my interview.

this is very interesting. I still only have the pre-offer of employment and received no email with an official CJO or anything about passing a CRB., since July. I still got the call so obviously I'm still in their pool. I always kinda thought the "Pre-offer" of employment WAS the CJO. The conditions being passing the CRB and drug test.

they stopped giving out formal CJOs to prevent them from expiring. The CJOs are only good for one year from the date of issue vs the pre offer of employment has no end.

So it has been 2 weeks since their phone call for expression of interest and updated paperwork. Has anybody heard/received anything from class prep recently?

I think everyone is clicking refresh on their emails today. May the odds be ever in your favor.

Thanks bro. May all the pilots who are stuck in limbo find themselves flying where they are happy and prosper!

I got the call last week. I'm preparing myself for another 6 months of radio silence. The pessimist in me.

Has anyone who interviewed in August received a call? I interviewed August 12th, and haven’t heard anything yet.

Always a good idea in this profession. My guess would be that in the past few years they tried to give dates far in advance because they were scared candidates would go to other places. Then they cancelled 4-5 months of classes and ****ed everyone off. So now they are moving in the other direction and very cautiously filling classes and only when they are certain they will happen. That's good because when they do call it is less likely the rug will get pulled from under you but also means that you can't just relax and wait. Hopefully you can see though that relaxing and waiting is never the right move. Always have some proverbial irons in the fire until at long last you are where you want to be.

From what I'm hearing, the first March class was announced earlier this week. Mostly cadets, unknown size and unknown if any OTS hires made it although it sounds unlikely as it seems there are still cadets waiting. I was wondering if anyone can add to this.

I've also heard rumors that OTS hires won't start getting classes until April, and that Envoy might (huge MIGHT there) be going to one class per week instead of one class every two weeks. These are coming from iffy sources so, again, if anyone can add to this that would be appreciated.
