I was also worried about my CJO which also expires on 4/4, but they pretty much told me so long as there are no major changes to your file not to worry. I plan to reach out in February and ask if there are any action items that need to be completed for renewal.

I reached out to the company to see if there was anything I could do or provide to renew/extend my CJO. Their response was "... in regards to expiring CJO’s, we will be reviewing those on a case by case basis.". Nothing new from what others have been getting from the looks of it. I reached out to my contacts at both Envoy and the majors and they said it wouldn't make much sense for Envoy to cancel CJOs, especially for those who have signed a two-year agreement and who got their ATP-CTP paid for by Envoy. While talking with them, none of us could come up with a distinctive advantage that Enovy would gain by canceling CJOs other than clearing the backlog (which wouldn't really do much) or opening the way for experienced FOs. But who knows, this industry changes every day.

The 3 WO regionals are projecting 40% growth. There's a large order book of 175s coming. Flows have resumed and the growth will necessitate hiring beyond replacing attrition. ORD is going all 2 class aircraft, most of the ZW flying will be replaced by Envoy.

I know the waiting sucks. Keep flying whatever you are flying. Apply other places that don't have a contract. If someone else hires you then you will have a choice when Envoy calls.

It isn't going to be like 22-23 but there is going to be plenty of movement.

February 24th class announced today with cadets ranging from October Mins to January Mins. No OTS received the call that I know, but sounds as if March has a high possibility to see the canceled class of May OTS scheduled.

Do you know how big it was?

Just got a call from Pilot Recruiting asking if I'm still interested in flying for the company. No class date but they said they will send an email requesting class-prep documents soon. The recruiter said that they'd be in touch about a class but they said things are "finally moving".

MorgeonChamp are you OTS? When was your interview date if you don't mind me asking?
Thanks!

I am an OTS. Interviewed around 3/22 last year, CJO April 4th. I was in the canceled June 6th class. It sounds like they're trying to figure out who in their CJO pool is still interested in a class. Strong indicator OTS should start soon.

I got the same call. I'm an OTS, interviewed in early March with CJO end of March and cancelled May 9 class.

I got the call today too, late July interview. Really curious how many of us OTS guys are in the queue.

For my sake, hopefully most of the OTS apps found other places to fly since they were interviewed, so they can finally get to my application! lol
