Anyone interview recently? I'm an FO at ZW about to be furloughed hoping to join Envoy, applied about a month ago and haven't heard much since. Seems like classes are probably backed out through the summer but I'd be willing to wait if I had an offer.

Classes as an OTS FO and high time FO are delayed at the moment. Cadets are the only priority currently. A 3/24 class was announced yesterday for cadets with a 4/7 class expected to be announced around 3/10 (every two weeks). Most of the Cadets are estimated to have finished their hours late Jan to early Feb. The cadet pipeline does seem close to being over, however, class prep is still not authorized to gather paperwork for the OTS FOs who have been waiting for close to 10 months for a class. Some of the cadets finishing today even interviewed for their cadet positions after a lot of the OTS FOs who are currently waiting with CJOs near their year expiration. As an OTS FO that had class canceled six days before, I am estimating sometime April I will start. Hope that helps with gauging your timeframe.

Any idea when they will hire off the street first officers? I have 1900 hours almost half of which are in a jet as 135

I have no idea how hiring/class dates for new interviews will work, all I know is they plan to place the OTS currently waiting on classes based on captain review board pass date, regardless of what their prior experience is.

Saw a post talking about NGPA and PSA/ENVOY/Piedmont were going to start interviewing April/May. Idk how accurate that is bc they grouped them all together in their post. They all have different management and do not always operate on the same timeline.

How far backed up is that, a year?

honestly it’s tough for all of us to say. They won’t tell us specifics so it’s all going to depend on how many classes get run and how large. I think they stopped hiring OTS when they paused classes, so I think at minimum there are around 60 OTS waiting but it’s likely more. How much more I couldn’t tell you :/

As an OTS candidate (holding CJO), I passed the CRB mid April, 2024 and have been waiting since then. I am sure there are some other people ahead of me so you do the math.

As far as I know, anyone hired in March is still waiting. I passed CRB at the end of March (OTS hire).

I'm an OTS candidate with a CJO from October. I haven't heard anything about a CRB can someone enlighten me about it and should I be worried that I haven't heard a word since interview?
