This looks like a contractual document (additionally they are "proposed") and not something that could survive a multitude of the correct methods to modify or nullify it. I also see a VERY tight leash on new-hires that will have to essentially hold their breath until they flow to AA.

How long after the flow started again to replace retirements did you flow? 1, 2, 3 years?

When they restarted the Letter 3 flow, monthly retirements could be counted on one or two hands. AA was short-staffed then and that was the reason, not retirements.

So with your 2 years as a new hire, and the time since the flow restarted you flowed in around 3.5 years of time with the flow actually having positions to fill. The lost decade was lost for all.

Do you think all those AA guys are not going to retire?
