As the shortage worsens, and the mainlines struggle to keep their wholly owned regionals staffed; how do you see them doing that? You guys can keep your great PIC time, it may help at United; but both Delta and AA clearly have the handwriting on the wall for where it's headed.

6 years street to AA. Best commuter policies in the industry currently, and upgrades that are created by flow and won't be based upon growth that eventually can't be staffed anyway.

It's a good time to be a pilot, and an even better time to be an Envoy pilot

20 years lol. You guys aren't too bright over there.

Good Luck!

Lol ooooo burned you just owned. Better put some water on that burn.

Good Luck!

That's the best you have? Two pages of meaningful replies and you come back with that? Grow up kid. I say kid because it is very obvious. You cannot concede anything lest it damage your "ego".

In 5 years regional airlines probably won't even exist. All the pilots will be gone. PSA will have been stapled on to American's seniority list while you're FO's are still on reserve waiting to flow.

If there is one list that potentially might get stapled it's not PSA. How many Bombardier aircraft does American currently fly. Um.......zero. Why would they staple that piece of Sh!t airplane onto the bottom of their list. Do you honesty think mainline legacy pilots will ever fly an aircraft that can't hold a carry-on roller board in the main cabin? Now once Envoy shrinks to just 175s, there is a group of pilots ripe to be stapled.
