I've got 1 week left and even that is too much. Good bye and good riddance.
actually we are not bitter old men, but you are a glass putts. truth hurts so i hope you ache a lot. BZZT is what would be considered someone who will walk over someone to better himself. BZZT, AllisonRR, rjpilot and a few more are weak persons who are afraid that they wont get to suck on that mainline lollipop but are willing g to bend anyone over to better themselves.

the only thing i am bitter about is this pilot group giving away scope protection we had because tony and scum said it was good, and most of these pilots would not know what there own contract said. So now we live out the consequences of the scope vote, not the AIP that was turned down. What is happening was planned well before the vote, planned in 2010.

the only scope protection eagle had was in the APA contract restricting feed to eagle.
exchanging sect 1 provision of following the planes (fragmentation policy terms - which would require the pilots to go with the planes )- for jobs at AA was a bonehead move.
personally, I doubt that the full 824 will make it much less those after that. Estimate that about 1/2 of the 824 will get their shot.
That will be the Team Tony legacy

but lets not forget the airplanes were transfered to AA and at that point the pilots would have been transfered to aa as per our previous scope, plus the arbitration ruling that went if an eagle aircraft is transfered, sold to another and those airplanes are flown on known eagle routes the pilots go with those planes. again the pilots would have transfered to aa. but they said no to that for a maybe pref hire at some future date, maybe.

Rj, give it a rest. Aag was going to screw envoy from day one so f them if I am taking a freeze or pay cut. Next year psa and pdt will look as endeavor does. People bailing and unable to attract pilots. Why would someone wait to flow to what will be a LCC mainline as aa will be. When you can go to frontier and spirit today.
Agreed. Eagle voted resoundingly for a concessionary 8 year contract then complains when other airlines do the same.

The Envoy, PSA and PDT pilots can beotch at each other all day long, but the odds are they will be merged a year or two after the mainline merges.

Never mind we were in bankruptcy for that vote and told if we didn't vote yes the judge would cram something worse down our throats. You can drag this horse out and beat it again when we're threatened with shutdown to take a concessionary contract.

Just wait until the seniority lists are merged. 8 year Envoy FO's will be saluting 1 year PSA Captains.

Envoy pilots are in a bind, you have too much heavy weight at the top of your seniority list to survive. Everytime an FO leaves Envoy and your seniority list shrinks, the cost of labor just continues to escalate.

The only thing that matters to American is 12/4 that's it, it's the key to everything including your merger.

You don't know the numbers
300 at the top does not make it THAT top heavy

My understanding is that it is 300 who don't want to flow. And you are right I don't understand the numbers.

Maybe a better way to analyze would be to ask how many pilots have 12 or more years with the company.
