actually the reps and the MEC are doing exactly as instructed BY THE PILOTS and not management as the previous sellout MEC.

Your adored friend tony and stooges gave the store away before bankruptcy, that is what we are left to deal with. When he lied and scammed a rigged vote for scope change in 2010, the outcome we are experiencing now is directly related to that. Did you vote yes for the scope change, if you did, then find a hole and bury yourself.

Im going to keep voting NO unless there's a real career progression for the pilots after the 824s, a real fleet plan and snap backs if the company fail to follow the contract.
Yeah this PublicPhone guy is trying to simplify it. The truth of the matter is that the company offered zero fleet plan. The flow plan is 30 per month for the 824 only, and once the first 175 arrives on the property. The protected pilots stay at 35% flow until the 40th 175 arrives and then go at 50%. New hires will have a flow but the company won't say what it is until a later date.

I'd love to see a deal, if only to hose over the PSA scum from getting some new hires, and any of our FOs, but alas we are not PSA and won't bend over for a good old fashioned prison rape like they do.

If AAG wanted a deal, they knew these tenets were key, and things they were willing to offer before. If they came to the table and didn't offer that, then they never really wanted a deal. They just want to try and meter the shutdown is all. The day those 40 175s go elsewhere, even on paper, the flood gates will open and they won't be able to control it. This coming week will have some negative announcements, but I doubt they dare make the big one yet. I just hope our FOs have enough nads not to go work for Scabs like PSA.

Your post was making all kinds of sense right up until the point you used the word scab then you lost all credibility.

Gloating over someone's misfortune is the height of bad taste. Never advocated banning anyone but you just earned my nomination.
Mods - what do you think??
