I'd love to see a deal, if only to hose over the PSA scum from getting some new hires, and any of our FOs, but alas we are not PSA and won't bend over for a good old fashioned prison rape like they do.

If AAG wanted a deal, they knew these tenets were key, and things they were willing to offer before. If they came to the table and didn't offer that, then they never really wanted a deal. They just want to try and meter the shutdown is all. The day those 40 175s go elsewhere, even on paper, the flood gates will open and they won't be able to control it. This coming week will have some negative announcements, but I doubt they dare make the big one yet. I just hope our FOs have enough nads not to go work for Scabs like PSA.
Your post was making all kinds of sense right up until the point you used the word scab then you lost all credibility.

Good Luck!
Gloating over someone's misfortune is the height of bad taste. Never advocated banning anyone but you just earned my nomination.
Mods - what do you think??

Good luck.

PSA yes voters are indeed loathsome, scurrilous creatures, but the word scab should not be thrown about loosely without knowing its true meaning. They did not cross any picket line.

No they are not scabs the new term for this is scum.

Rj, give it a rest. Aag was going to screw envoy from day one so f them if I am taking a freeze or pay cut. Next year psa and pdt will look as endeavor does. People bailing and unable to attract pilots. Why would someone wait to flow to what will be a LCC mainline as aa will be. When you can go to frontier and spirit today.

True, just a quick fix to your point.

The "protected pilots", go to 50% once the 41st airplane arrive into property, meaning the first option.

There's no real "enhanced flow", they just want to get rid of the SR guys while keeping us here hanging at 12yr pay.

I don't think there will be any "protected pilots" left by the time the 824 is done flowing.

SCAB is an acronym. Still Collecting All Benefits.

Any recommendations for SCUM?

You are already working for less. Our sequences keep on getting lower and lower credits times, while some of the "P"SCUMs are crediting 100+ hrs a month consistently. So maybe your perceived full pay till the last day has already come and gone. The company keeps on shifting block hours to the lower cost supplier and you are happy because we can't staff it? management is not throwing money to attract pilots or offering 300% because our very junior ones leave where they can upgrade sooner, which in turn benefits management the most.

The ENY MEC now realizes how we are losing this and every communication reflects the willingness to make a deal. It is time to understand our problem and move on.
