I have to say, you kind of are a scummy person. You act like you left, so then why do you waste your time with eagle. 2. You sound like a dick. If you did move on, then move on. In this one small exception, he had a valid question. I didn't specify that reserve FO is at 4 years, where as I imagine the time for captains to hold a line exceeds 4 years after upgrades. He's still a tit.

Newly upgraded CA's will never hold a line with the shrinkage and lifers. So that makes the math pretty easy. I have been a CA for 2 years and am bottom RSV still. Can't hold anything I choose, can't get anything I proffer for, or get any days off I want. Progress forward is ZERO as more people are on RSV above me each month, not less.

So you can stay a senior FO and have a life amd be broke, or upgrade and have 7 days off a month, never see a weekend off again, get a trickle of PIC time and make more money. Both choices pretty much suck.

But with your seniority, one of your reps insists you'll be at AA very soon. If it is supposed to take 6 years for today's Envoy new-hire, you should be sitting pretty at AA in 2 years or so.

According to this source, considering AA retirements, nothing can go wrong and your future is assured.

Why don't you run for a cushy Union position? You can get all those perks (while on Captains pay) by basically doing nothing. Holidays off/ weekends off.

That's pretty awesome for a newhire. Here at PDT it's about 5.5 for a newhire to flow. Both are incredible considering what most of us have been through.

Yeah, keep talking percentage numbers...I think your troops are finally seeing the hog wash that you and the company is selling.

I've worked every holiday this past year.... and what's a weekend? You simply have no idea about anything you pontificate about.

Not selling anything pal; facts speak for themselves. 68% of all AA pilots hired this year came from Envoy. Sorry you got trapped in the lost decade. New pilots have a much brighter future ahead of them.

I simply can't come to any other conclusion that Cujo is now in Envoy management. I've never seen such an effort by any other supposed union rep to act so aggressively to support and further the interests of his management than this guy aNd that includes the past trio of CLR minions that he used to be so critical of. IMO, either he has an undiagnosed brain tumor that has drastically altered his personality and perception or they have him in such a state of supppressed terror that he is willing to parrot anything that serves their interests on the various media sites social and otherwise.

He goes way above and beyond the call of duty to serve the interests of those strongarming his pilot group and that is undeniable. The only question is why ?

I'm pretty sure that has been obvious for a long time.

Someone told me they have him by his balls. Borderline canned. Want to clear that up Cuj?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but don't corporate pilots--- like RJ--- work at the whim of the employer--- which is in essence a kind of glorified reserve ? Traditionally, business cycles have not been kind to corporate drivers. If the market continues to tank, his boss might have to unload some of the fluff.

You are absolutely correct. However, your best bet is if you want to do corporate, is to fly for a well off family in a part 91 environment. More points if their flight dept has been set for decades.
