So much for 30/mo starting Nov. This place freakin sucks. Add another year to the flow minimum for me.

It's not the minimum when 50% is less than that. They've been sending more than required, and are continuing that.
In August we're getting 100% of the new hire slots. That is far from the minimum.

30 a month only happens if the monthly class is at least 60 new hires.

Example:

New hires = 40, we get 20
New hires = 50, we get 25
New hires = 80, we get 40 which may be withheld to 30

You need a class size of 60 new hires or more to get the 30.

They did not read the fine print. It said metered to 30 or 50% whichever is lower.

If AA wants to hire 80 in a month, Envoy is only required to send 30, not 40 because 30 is lower than the 50%.

You can explain this as much as you want and pilots won't get it. Lol

Your language doesn't say the lesser of 50% or 30 per class? Wouldn't that be 30?

I don't have the LOA in front of me so I obviously could be missing something. And for the record, I am glad we're "keeping it in the family" with a vast majority of the AA newhire spots.

It says as he stated. 50% of new hires, but may be withheld down to 30 people (once the 175s start to show up, right now it is 20). They don't have to withhold, but what are the odds of that?
