The risk of listening to Cujo and RW is that you may eventually end up like RJPilot, watching the water cannon salute from the window of your pos RJ. The risk of getting the F out while the getting's good is having a better job at a place that treats you like a human. |

Fast track to American Airlines! Now that's what I'm talking about, baby!!!!
Is it possible to bid trips that are only on planes with the old paint scheme? http://designshack.net/wp-content/up...airlines-2.jpg |
I heard people from VX, G4, JB, F9 and NKS are leaving for AE to get the quick flow to AA.

The story told indicated quite a chaotic, but heart-warming scene. |

It was reported that many of these pilots were screaming they would pay for their own training and sleep on the RJ's to help reduce costs. Others were said to be folding up $100 bills into paper airplanes and attempting to fly them through the windows of the recruitment office. Someone said before it was broken up, at one point a certain Envoy ALPA rep arrived and began leading the pleading crowd in a hand-holding rendition of 'Kumbaya' wearing a tee-shirt that said "It's a good time to be an Envoy pilot" on the front and "The tide has turned" on the back.

I do think it's probably a good idea not to quote this post as it would be very upsetting to them. |

Since they failed at controlling what and how I post, they gave turned their demands toward you and what and how you post.

I think most people are sick of the incessant whining that you're constantly emitting. Shut the @$#% up and get over yourself. |
Another 20 Envoy pilots flowing to AA in July & an additional 100-120 flows by end of 2015. Since January 2013, Envoy has successfully advanced 481 pilots to American Airlines. For 2016 we will flow a minimum of 360 Envoy pilots to AA.
As as result, a new hire at Envoy today is projected to make Captain at Envoy within 2.5 years and is projected to flow through to American within 6 years of date of hire. Good luck ! |

Will someone please tell me how to ignore people on here. I'm sick of being reminded on a daily basis how bad it is to work here. We start getting a little good news and 1 or 2 people who do not work at Envoy still feel a need to put us down. I'm sick of it.

On your control panel go to "edit ignore list". It's pretty easy. Some only prefer to hear good information even if it's inaccurate and others just want accurate information. Sounds like you are in the former group and thus the ignore function will help create the utopia you seek here. If you want to really avoid bad news, I'd suggest staying away from EL. |

Thank you for the ignore instructions. I am tired of reading the negativity posted by anonymous people who no longer work here. I go to work every week, I live the bad lines, see the low moral, and hear the constant threats about how we need to give just a little more. I enjoy work as soon as the cockpit door is shut and leave all that bad stuff behind. We have great crews, I have flown with many great captains in my 7+ years and have heard all that they have had to say about the flow. I am not as naive as you have insinuated. I just don't want to read all your negativity that you spew every single day. I hope things will turn around here at Envoy, I AM a little hopeful, but not much. We will see how things work out, fingers crossed. Your comments do us no good. Hope your real life is more enjoyable than your online life. Thanks again for the ignore tip.

How's the hiring going? A lot of new hires in classes now?

Yes Eagleloserfly is right!!! Why wouldn't you want to listen to the constant ramblings of someone who proclaims to have not worked at envoy for years(some think maybe he never did)? Obviously from his daily post count on envoy related threads, he provides an objective viewpoint that all others that oppose him do not!!! Poor Eagletool - he just wants to get the right information out to the masses!
Obviously, you and your cadre a wired one way and one way only. Here's a tip..........stop peddling B.S. here and I'll have nothing to correct ! |

You are right though, after continually arguing logic with you, realizing you are a troll and will just try a different angle, or try to widdle the truthsayers down by repeated blastings, there is not much "recourse" left but to just have the same approach as yourself. (Insert cute emoji here in hopes that it will be just the last straw for you and perhaps you will lose your **** online and I will feel good about me) |

Envoy has a average/below average contract post bankruptcy. If you're trying to funnel every new hire to a regional that has good qol and pay you should be stumping hard for Skywest, ExpressJet, Horizon, and Air Wisconsin.
Since you left we've gain things that other regionals don't have. Like hotels for OT, 4 hotels a month for commuters, hotels in domicile if you get removed from a overnight. Critical Coverage OT at 200% and regular OT at 150%. MIA crews got nice TDY with A1 and A3 pases. Also got removed from the first and last turn for commute. Probably something similar will happen when they close NY. They need us more that what we need them. And clearly AAG it's starting to see the value on us...getting MESA flying for June/July/August, which probably will be extended. Envoy management is trying to get us more flying because our attrition has slowed down significaly. So I would say, it will take time to repair morale. But I think once the 175s get into property the KoolAid will be on. |
