I would ignore this condescending management shill. Kudos to you for doing your level best to protect your career. Don't rule out an LCC. I left for one and my QOL has drastically improved along with my paycheck. I can sit here comfortably for as long as necessary to get the legacy call. Or, I can just decide to stay here. Apps are out and I'm just waiting. With the hiring numbers over the next 5 years, I feel like I have a good shot. About to add Airbus PIC to my resume very soon so that opens up China if I decide to go that route. Worst case, I stay here and keep good QOL and pay.
If you are close to flowing, within a year or two, you may do better trying to wait it out. If you are outside that window, I wouldn't count on that flow getting you to AA and you might consider one of the LCC's as well. Good luck.

Are you regretting your decision to leave even more now? I bet you are. The only place that would hire you was the Mesa of LCC's which is a dead end career to nowhere.
Seriously, you don't even work here! Why don't you go on with your pathetic life and forget about what you gave up? I know you said your apps were out but there is no way any major or legacy carrier will pick you up. For that matter, Spirit or Jetblue wouldn't even take you. You gave up the only path to a major you would ever have and now you are out there throwing rocks at Envoy because you are desperately trying to get on with a major and you've totally blown it. You know Envoy wouldn't even hire you. You probably just slipped through the cracks last time and got very lucky.
Stop coming into this thread and spreading your propaganda and lies! Life goes on and it's good for those of us who have a guaranteed career track with the largest airline in the world.

To my knowledge, this has been effective for at least a month, and in the works for at least 3 or 4 more. One of the five in my interview class is in this boat. They have significantly reduced minimums and can transfer a fair portion of their military rotor time. Still a long road for them as they have to go back and get all their ratings in fixed wing, but it does seem a bit desperate.

Desperation or not, they're tapping into a pilot group that otherwise may not have considered the airlines. I know that I probably wouldn't have taken 15-20K of my own money to just build time to go to a regional, and obviously not a major with mostly helo time.

Don't get me wrong. I'm all for getting veterans a job they want. If it came across the other way, I apologize. However since they posted an article in the Flight department on the website recently I assumed that was recent.

And that is the way they are. They don't care about you as a person. They care about the operation. They will ALWAYS walk over anyone they can and that is the very essence of Envoy.

I guess you decided to come out from under your rock to start trying to derail the Envoy thread again.

They can't walk over you if you don't let them. I see they have already crushed you, I understand.
