3rd. Reserve sucks, but I bid reserve to avoid the 4 on 2 off BS. I commute and these schedules are causing problems at home.

So people worried about reserve time shouldn't be too concerned in my opinion. Also there's about 60 145 ORD FOs going for upgrade or moving to NYC within the next few months so the whole current reserve list would have the opportunity to hold a line if they want.
12 more get BT to DFW on 02DEC. That along with the 8 we just got from the school house plus about 5-7 more still finishing up IOE/sims is going to help DFW drop reserve time as well.

Finally some movement!

Not to mention the upgrades ... 30 NOV, 20 DEC, and 40 in JAN!!!!

Interested in seeing the next vacancy bid.

So how much of a paycut will these guys see at 2nd year???

I hope these jokers know they are making more than the rest of the FOs on property.

While they can claim "industry leading" 1st year pay. We are still bottom of the barrel on the rest of the years pay. Oh and the schedules suck. Oh and they won't hesitate to put a letter in your file to keep you from flowing. I could go on, but y'all get the idea.

They got behind the power curve before offering the bonuses so it is a bit painful now, but it will get better. Everyone knew this was going to happen except the old American President or he just didn't care.
^^^^^^Somebody gets it.
