The CBA was just extended to 2029.

"Under the agreement, the CBA is extended until 1 July 2029. Without an extension, the current CBA was set to become amendable December 2024".

Despite what they want you to believe, less than ten days ago the entire ENY MEC said they were quitting because Envoy was doing nothing to address the attrition. Do you really think they had anything to do with this? Just like everything else, AAG decided on something and sent it down to ALL THREE wholly owned regionals.

I have said for a while that the regional model saves too much money, even if they have to throw a LOT of money at it short term, to let it die. And a big part of that is making sure they have LCAs, etc to keep the training going.

The market negotiated this itself. Im curious as to how this will actually improve the operation as I would think people are now more motivated in general.

So how long does the 5 year flow thing last? It says anyone who wanted to flow but hadn't within 5 years gets moved to the 20 year CA pay rate, but is that also only short term (2 years) or all the way through 2029?

So a pilot working at Envoy for 15 years will make less than a pilot working at Envoy for 6 years???

Did I read that right?

it’s part of the CBA. All the way through 2029. The only thing that short term is the premium pay of 150% across-the-board

The thing to remember is 20 year CA after 2 years is only 147/hr. Much better off at an ULCC.
