But go ahead and spin as much negativity as you can lie about. It's much harder to talk crap about Envoy these days..but a cornered animal will resort to anything.
They did not say they would add as much mid day flying as they can. They said they would add one mid day flight to each envoy city we over night in.

^Anybody even remotely considering listening to anything this person has to say..pay close attention to how he speaks and the language he uses. That says it all.

So back to current facts.

1. All seat and aircraft
- avg days off =12.07-13.61

2. All seat and aircraft
- avg credit = 71.90 -77.83

For every hr you are paid at envoy, you are away for 4.66 hrs.

In the future we get 1 flight a day to city's we over night in. On the crj that would equal a handful of flights, and not fix anything.

So you lose when facts show up. So what do you do. You tell people not to listen to my facts, because I hurt your feelings.

Do you need an ice pack for the top of your head. Rub some of that facial cream on it till we can get you a bandaid.

Message from our Union this morning regarding schedules:

Improving Schedules
On the mind of many pilots is “This temporarily addresses the pay problems and may attract more new hires, but what about the quality of life for the rest of us here at Envoy?”. It is no secret that our schedules have been affected negatively by the re-distribution of flying around the AAG FFD system. We have been talking about “seeking improvements” for nearly two years. However, recent changes at AA are actually showing that tangible gains might finally be coming, as Scheduling Chairman Jeff Cortez mentioned in his October schedules briefing – “those now in charge seem immediately more receptive to ENY’s input.” AAG has committed to network changes in the way metal is assigned to routes that will likely bring relief to our schedules. Our Scheduling Committee is cautiously optimistic that those improvements may actually begin happening; with most becoming visible around the end of the year. They will continue to work hard to make that happen.

Furthermore, looming closely on the horizon is the return of the Embraer 145s from ExpressJet. We do not yet know how many of those aircraft are returning to Envoy, or how many will be moving to Piedmont. We do know that any additional airplane will likely come with some of the midday flying we have been missing so dearly.

Yes we have all seen this in the post above. Why don't you post the whole thing, parts showing how bad it currently is here. Also it states cautiously optimistic. This was actually a bad part of the letter for one of Ric's lap dogs to post. It shows we still don't know if we will get our aircraft back or not, it implies that there's hope things will get better now that Kirby is gone, because knew management is listening. I'll be the first to say great when they actually make changes. Hopefully for you changes aren't. 13.99 days off and and 78 credit hrs. as avg.

I think islom will be better then Kirby, but we'll see how much. Till then stick to what current facts are, and then when changes happen we can post those changes.

These numbers that are being referred to are FACTS publicly distributed by Envoy's pilot union.

Facts are like kryptonite to these "in the tank" with the company "pilots." Anytime public facts are referred to, these jokers get their panties in a wad and go on personal attacks. Because they don't have anything to refute them with. With that said, I would highly discourage potential Envoy pilots from believing anything Skyvector or go skers (both the same poster) posts on here. The information they provide is all spin.

Facts are that our schedules are at all time lows at least on the EMB and CRJ. Days off are down to 2 in between 4 day trips. After 16 years with this place I still bid 4 day trips. Can't hold dailies...can't hold 2 day trips. We actually don't have either. Three day trips are nearly non existent. Your choice is 4 day, CDO or RSV regardless of your seniority. Much worse airlines have much better schedules. By my count the schedules have been deteriorating for about three years. For three years the pilots and union have been advocating for better trips. For years, YEARS we've told them to help us and themselves out. Finally they reassigned a few AAG dudes....after three years. Pardon me if I don't jump for joy. I was hoping to work two day trips again before flowing but 16 years in I will work 4 day trips until I leave...maybe with two days off in between. I'll be fortunate to see above 75 hours pay credit with partial weekends off. The temporary pay increases and bonuses and a good step in the right direction. A great second step would be to return to the historical norm of past schedules. A mix of dailies, two days, three day and four day trips. A fleet commitment past 40 aircraft would be a logical third step. These things aren't just about the pilots. They help the airline with morale, recruitment and efficiency.
