I totally understand wanting to know if you'll be in AQP or traditional training, but don't let it sway you too much one way or another. I did AQP, and I have good friends who did traditional. We all passed. We all had a jeopardy event at the end. We all had the opportunity to repeat lessons, to some extent, if it had been necessary to prepare us for the final jeopardy event.
Yes, AQP is a somewhat less-stressful method of training because the stress is spread-out, rather than all in one final checkride. But, at the end of the day, you'll get through it if you work hard.
Again, fair questions, but don't let it override all other considerations (like base, QOL, etc.).

Thank for the info on AQP. How about choosing the CRJ as a new hire. I am planning on moving to ORD and would like to fly the CRJ. The question is would it be a smart move knowing that the aircraft is going away or should I stay aim for the 145. Also I was told the 145 is easier than the CRJ to learn? Thanks fort the input everyone.
