With that logic, you could argue we don't get paid when we fly on reserve, either. If you're arguing that we don't accrue credit hours when sitting ready reserve, that's true of course. But on reserve it's generally irrelevant -- whether you are called in to fly, or called in to sit airport standby, you are highly unlikely to break the 75 hours guarantee. So both scenarios have the same result -- you could be called in all but 11 days of the month. You will be paid 75 hours. Yes, flying accrues credit hours, while ready reserve does not. But that's a technicality when neither case leads to more pay (i.e. breaking 75 hours).

The fast majority of the pilots group are tired of hearing what is going to happen in three, four or five months from now. January and February may come and schedules will be fixed but until they are fixed there is still a problem with QOL.
We have heard so many things that were about to get fixed and then nothing. So until schedules are averaging 15-16 days off per month with 80-85 hr lines I'm still going to complain about schedules.

Problem is, all the trips suck at envoy. So you could drop trips to get more days off. But the pay would still suck. On the 700 our trips are from 13-18 hrs and a majority of the line are 11 days off. So you work 80 hrs and have 11 days off, or 72 hrs and 14 days off. No fixing that crap. Say you got an 80 hr line, meaning 11 days off, you drop a trip, you get 15 days off but 62 hrs. Sucks either way.
