CRJ's are scheduled to get transferred to PSA 2017-2018.

So CRJ drivers might end up in the 145 or the 175?

Yes......... As a displacement. Although our mec, will probably give them a waiver in the future and tell us we dont need it

When the CRJs leave it will likely cause a displacement bid (before anyone starts yelling, it will most likely be accompanied by a vacancy bid), and therefore you can go wherever your seniority holds. If you'd like to stay in ORD and your seniority can hold a seat on a different fleet that is based in ORD, then that's where you'll go.

Thank you so much for your answer. I guess the safest thing will be to take ORD 145 if offered since the 145 will be in ORD for a much longer time.
