Which IMO a judge would rule against you considering the opposing and mitigating factual evidence and you'd be led away by the bailiff sobbing like school girls until sentencing. It is your tag-team gang that has initialized and then intensified most of the conflict regarding Envoy as a topic here first by aggressively selling questionable claims and then by your subsequent intense and aggressive assault on anyone who you feel threatens your interests.

To wit, the fact that initially my "bashing" that YOU and your co-defendants claim was more accurate then your prima facie case for positive spin on managements claims of upgrade and flow which have now been proven false as it is now obvious one has completely collapsed (upgrade) and the other is dubious and the fact that my initial focus was not on individual members, but the INFORMATION they were putting out. The only thing my posts may have been 95% about was defending myself from the barrage of personal attacks for even having the stones to question that which most definitely was questionable, that being the claims made and the tactics used to defend those inflated claims.

If I were the judge, I'd find your gang guilty of multiple counts of forum shammery along with rampant forum TOS violations for repeatedly making derogatory personal attacks and attempted outing aimed at both me and others that are not guilty of anything more then rebutting the claims your gang has made here about Envoy for personal gain at the expense of others and the subsequent self defense when you guys then take that to a personal level when you become bankrupt of the ability to dispute the message as opposed to attacking the messenger.

Sentencing however will be left up to fate and karma.

...and yet even more opinion, not supported by fact. I've made posts saying positive things about Envoy and simply disagree with biased and unsupported claims, thus it's your opinion that is the same as getting pilots not to come to Envoy. The only FACT on this aspect is that arguably, NOTHING anyone says here will influence any pilot to go or not to go to Envoy. I recognize that, you obviously don't. Also FACT, is that if a pilot truly wants to know about Envoy, they can join EL and get the real scoop from actual Envoy pilots.

Of course, it's FACT that we both know if they do, they'll likely conclude it isn't pretty.
