Due to the small number of Envoy hires 2012, 2013, and 2014, Envoy will be flowing 2015 hires by the end of next year.
Exactly. Well put. The majority of whiners here fail to see this. 2015 hires WILL be flowing at the end of 2020.

And PSA will be well into 2016 hires. See how this works?

Some 2015 hires will flow in 5 1/2 years. Is this why you're telling new hires in 2019 that you have 5 1/2 year flow?

I mean, technically, that's not lying. It makes you a ****, though.

This is exactly right and why I am convinced they can legally say there is a 5.5 year flow. A handful of people will flow in that time and suddenly it becomes reality.

Like you said, not exactly a lie, but certainly isn't an accurate depiction for most people here.

Funny though, cause if they want to advertise it that way then they should have been claiming that 12 year flow two years ago.

And not that long ago, they should have been advertising 25 years to get to AA. How times have changed.
