Seriously, AWC, Mesa pilots should consider jumping ship... regional shuffle. Envoy, could be very last interview. QOL & mgmt relationship issues are being handled by union. Endeavor had worst problems with Delta Mgmt not even 2yrs ago. We must always realize a Regionals is not a career destination. Get in get out |

I have no doubt that Mesa is about to lose a lot of FO's to Envoy

Just got an email saying Envoy first year FO pay is going up to $37.60. Interesting.

So, the new pay scheme has been approved by the MEC. Does it now go out for a pilot group vote, or is this signed, sealed and delivered?

If they would give us 12 days off, fix reserve and improve the schedules, they would stop the bleeding overnight. 2nd year FO |
If they were serious about fixing this place, they would fix the schedules. However, until they do that I'll gladly take more money until I flow.

6.5 years here. My upgrade class doesn't start for 2 months.

First off, the pay raises are not up for vote. We should take them even though QOL is not fixed. The pay bumps should help new hires to commit to Envoy. As far as retention goes, fixing schedules would go much further in retaining pilots. Most that are looking to leave want relief from 11days off, long monthly transition stretches, poor cadence (4 on 2 off- moving days off), and inefficient/uncommutable trips.

...all true, if the company fixed our schedules today, then the majority would be complaining about pay rates!!! |
