Does contract negotiations open up after the 41st delivery of the 175 or do they open up now they we know we will be over that number?

With the delivery of the 41st aircraft (projected to be NOV2017), ALPA and the Company can start talking about PBS.

I get it, half the airlines do it differently. One guy above agreed it maybe more fair to go with social, but they want to go by age. I think it depends on what the airline is offering, if it's a regional it should be random because there's less chance of a certain group monopolizing the valuable slots. If it's a destination airline like Delta, then yea who cares?
