That's an easy one to answer: having a decent schedule for the first time in years. Perhaps also not moving backwards in relative seniority to behind where I was a year ago.

How about the occasional PVD, not having fatigue calls turned into MAs,.....etc.

That would be nice too. I don't know why any of this is hard for people to understand. I am sincerely happy for our upgrading FOs, but unfortunately their upgrades aren't improving the QoL of ORD.

How many flight hours on average does a line holder on the 145 fly a year? I understand it can depend if you pick up OT, etc, just looking for a ball park average. Thanks !

700 hours. Lines are not much above min guarantee, then you subtract things like vacation, training, and a sick call or two.

As I understand it, you can travel from training A3 using higoa, but how can you see that you're actually listed?

Jetnet-> Travel Planner-> Menu-> Trips-> Import

Put the information in and it should add it to your trips on the travel planner and JetAway.

Quick question, do you guys have any policy regarding not opening the passenger door (i.e. not turning off the seatbelt sign) until you get a chocks-in signal from the rampers? Also, are your marshallers required to have one for each wing tip before they can wave you in? Asking about Dallas in particular. Thanks.

That is fleet specific and depending on proximity to objects. But under certain conditions yes.
