Approx. reserve times:

DFW 175: 2-3 months
DFW 145: 8-10 months
ORD CRJ: 6 months
ORD 145: 8-10 months
LGA 145: 3-5 months

Someone else might have better numbers. Mine were as of April.

Flow plan also says the most junior guy will enter traning in October of this year, but that can change also according to each flowplan maybe a shorter or a longer wait.

Yes, excellent point. The actual upgrade time and the time to a CA award have been dramatically different. There's been a huge backlog in training that's kept the actual time slow. In the past, while you may have been on property only 3-4 years when you get a CA award, the guys who are actually flying the line as CA are 6+ year guys. The good news is they're starting to make some progress with training and catch up. Judging by this flow plan, the gap is finally starting to narrow. And later this year we will have a true, actually 2-2.5 year upgrade.

FYI.... time from upgrade to holding a line on 145 is about 2 years give or take a few months depending upon base. Thank god those days are over.

Uh, technically that's the job of training dept to notify you of your built schedule after training. You have no responsibility to be glued to your phone or computer screen to see your reserve schedule once finished with a training event. That even goes for pilots who are not new as well. No where in FM1 that addresses this, no where in our contract says it as well.
