Im really just wanting a Dallas base being I live in Houston. It really doesnt matter 175 or 145. I am assuming that all the CRJ folks will end up on the 175 when they get rid of them all? Does anyone know?

So no CRJ?... That's so smart because we are so well staff on the CRJ.

They have a fair amount in the training pipeline. Also, we are loosing CRJs.

Displaced CRJ pilots (if we ever run a displacement bid) move to whatever status their seniority can hold. Might be 175, might only be LGA 145. If no displacement bid is run, they remain on the CRJ until they can hold captain on any fleet, then they can upgrade onto another fleet if they desire. Unless you are formally displaced or you upgrade, you cannot change fleets as an FO at Envoy. If the company is smart, they will let attrition from flow and upgrades provide for the shrinkage of the CRJ pilot group as the hulls leave. If they get short staffed on that fleet, they can simply open the tap more with new-hire assignments.

Flow to AA will be impacted due to displacements over there.

Fellow Pilots,

Arbitrator Bloch recently ruled in favor of the legacy AA pilots’ grievance that the Sup C narrow body fence should come have come down with the implementation of the SLI. This will have both fortunate and unfortunate effects on every pilot on the property.

The 260 domestic Grp II NB CA positions in STL which may be moving to DFW will obviously be affected. However, this ruling may also change the 86 Grp III domestic SWB CA positions in MIA (and the Grp III SWB FO jobs that have been consolidated here also). Your ability to hold these positions and the cascading effect this ruling will have throughout the entire seniority list will affect you.

I would urge all pilots to update both their preferences and displacements before the upcoming bid run this Friday. Although we have not been informed if the company will handle this bid run IAW Section 17 of the JCBA, time is of the essence for AA if they are going to minimize the cost of potential remedies for their non-compliance.
