I was referring to the younger Bucket, Billy. Charlie's younger brother. He's a December 2016 hire.

Ol' chuck can hold the left seat now if he wants. The real question is, will he flow on time? 🤔

Looking into joining. What is the training backlog right now? What is DOH of the most senior NH still in training?

Most senior NH by fleet:

E175 - 03/13/2017
E145 - 02/27/2017
CRJ - 03/27/2017

Source 07/11/17 flowplan

Plus or minus two weeks due to the fact that some guys junior to others have finished training, which might be because of maybe some extra traning needed.

Wow, that's about five months for the E145.

Granted that the most senior guy still traning still had junior guys maybe about a month later new hire date who had completed training already. This could be due to some type of difficulty and need for any retraining.

There could be a host of reasons for this. I know one guy who's elderly mother came deathly ill in the middle of training... they worked with him but of course he finished way later than the rest of his class. I know other guy who had an interruption for medical reasons. My QLOE examiner called in sick and they sent me home for 3 weeks due to the sims being booked up. So yeah, abnormal things happen that make such numbers suspect.

That said, while I was going through training, there was a backlog in IOE such that everyone was being stalled. I had an extra week off between indoc and special curiculum, and extra week for CBT, and 2 extra weeks between systems and sims. All time paid at training pay mind you.

That said, I don't think there's a back log for IOE anymore, as far as I can tell, all of my class was called for IOE in less than a week. Any delays in training will have to do with sim availability at this point imo. But any 'most senior' or 'most junior' guy questions really need to understand the context of the answer.

All this in reference to the 145.

This information is inaccurate. The most junior reserve guy in LGA that finished IOE yesterday is a 4/10/17. "Flowplans" are good for seeing who is going to training but not for determining how long it takes them.

E75 is 3/27/17
CRJ is 4/10/17

Will MIA be offered to new hires or do you think it will be senior enough to get transfers?
