Envoy
Yep. And guess where those guys are? On another forum, trying to suede and bend the minds of the conscious into thinking we should be top-notch happy and grateful for such a gracious commodity of flow, Flow, FLOW!!! Trying to convince the delusion of flow in less than 5 years. It grinds my gears that they spew lies like that. A new hire today will never flow in 5 years unless management does more than what's required per the CBA. Even Pool himself stated that the CBA allows AA and Envoy to flow more pilots than what's written.

If they wanted to take more flows and management won't let them, then they should start hiring envoy pilots off the street.

Haha! A subsidiary can choose not to listen to its parent company without ramifications? Ok.
Is AAG directing / influencing its WO to either grow or shrinkage? Most likely
Is AAG sending conflicting signals to Envoy management leadership/operations? Not likely.
Envoy's does not operate independently from what AAG wants from it. Envoy management does the bidding of AAG management, obviously within the CBA structure of employee union groups to the best of its ability to reduce costs and increase profits.
Trust that AAG's needs are what Envoy Mgmt portrays. AAG can mention something publicly on what they want from Envoy... but that is only public lip service to keep people happy & quiet. Someone has to take the finger blame. (The subsidiary of Envoy Management, not the leadership of AAG).
Please don't fool us.... whatever AAG truly wants from Envoy it gets. Same as from PSA & Piedmont.
