They will have bites for sure but you'll be at the bottom of the CA list for a few years, maybe more as senior FOs keep bumping you down. I also have a feeling that guys that jump at this will not be around more than 12 months as the schedules and lack of seniority will be too much.

Yes, I know there is a good reason for this I would just like to have somebody explain it to me. My senority number number is in the mid-1800s and I am being told that I can upgrade in less than a year. How?
