You get 150% unless the day is critical coverage. My status is critical all month just about every month, so......

You'll get critical coverage pay for any day that is declared critical coverage.

So on a new topic... there is a rumor around the training center today.

Apparently ALPA and endeavor have come to an agreement to get rid of Sign on Bonus and increase everyone’s pay..

If this is true, this could be great news.

What are your guys thoughts?

Much better and permanent than the bonus structure we have now. I hope we all follow suit but I wouldn't hold my breath until hiring slows - the bonuses are working well for the company right now.

For anyone who interviewed more than a hundred hours out and got the job offer, how did getting your class date go? Did you just update your hours with hiring and once in range they assigned a class date? Depending on weather and company need it's looking like a 3 month swing for hitting the 1500.
Just working on getting an idea of when to apply. I know it can be up to a year out but didn't know if worth applying now without a more firm availability date

Reference the contract. It depends on if you get those days off next month. You have options on what you can do depending on the situation. It's pretty clear on what you can do during this situation.

Suffice it to say you can pick up a trip as a reserve pilot that carries over into the next month.

It's true. But don't expect envoy to follow until the new hires stop coming.

Remember how long it took to get the 20,000+ bonus after endeavor?

I heard the "pay increases across the board to keep up with Endeavor" rumor earlier this month. So this gal has some legs. I wouldn't lose sleep over it though.

Save that stress for your girlfriend's Plan B side effects which are identical to pregnancy side effects. It makes for a thrilling couple of weeks until aunt flow shows up. Ask me how I know.

I don't have specifics for you, but send in the application without delay. It sounds like you're getting close and you don't want to wait for class a month or two because you didn't apply soon enough. Missing just 1 or 2 classes is losing a lot of seniority with how big the classes are right now.
