They have enough for now, but as those pilots upgrade or as the base brings in more flying they will need more down there. New hires that want miami should go for 145 in whatever base ORD or LGA that is easiest to get to. Then bid for it during the next vacancy.

Serious question: Why should aircraft MGTOW determine pay? Why should years of service be weighed less that aircraft type?

Yeah, you "heavy" drivers sure do a lot of work. You definitely deserve a higher pay band than us lowly 145 drivers. We actually have to fly and use math to figure things out. You get to relax and VNAV from wheels up to wheels down. I will forego my next raise and ask that it be put into a charity of your choice.
