If I said the thought hasn’t cross my mind I would be lying! They can keep there bonus.. to be displaced to indefinite reserve to have to commute is not worth a few bucks to me at least!

1000 sic is barely enough to maybe pass training. No way enough to be an airline CA safely. I'm sure the FAA would not be happy either. They're going to lose a bunch of new hires if they go along with this. People didn't sign up to be at the bottom indefinitely and in some cases different base.

No, the manual OT request window for oct closed 10 mins ago.
You can use the automatic trip trade system once the new month starts and scheduling unlocks the sequences. This is assuming you are a lineholder. If you are a reserve pilot then when the new month starts you can submit a manual OT request but chances are it will already be gobbled up by a lineholder before swaps and drops get around to processing your manual request.

This guy gets it on so many levels.
Well, thankfully recent FAA regs weren't written based on emotions, and we supported it (groupthink fashion) for our own interest not the facts. Ooh wait a minute...

A reserve guy can't use the automated system to pick up OT only lineholder a can. You need to send an email to swaps and drops with your request. The QuickTrade app does this for you or you can cut and paste the RF message out of FOS and then email it yourself to swaps and drops.

If I had a dime for every time the RF message timed out before I submitted or I didn't get the set up exactly right and it didn't say done at the end.
QuickTrade is fast easy and it helps you sort through the trips so much faster.

Once you're a line holder occasionally you will have to trip trade the old fashioned way on Sabre because sometimes the QuickTrade app will say you're not legal for a trade even though you are, as there are secondary codes to shuffle or move duty free periods.

Yeah it's $5/month to use the QuickTrade App. Small price to pay to quickly trade trips, pick up OT etc. I'd say I've picked up thousands of extra $$$ by this app and haven't really worked all that much more. It just makes it way easier to monkey with your roster.
You'll only pick up, or trade into the wrong trip by accident once or twice, before you don't ever do that again. Ask me how I know.

Is this an external app or through the company?
