There will probably be a lag of a few classes before we start seeing the effects of the EDV TA. I'm guessing the upcoming classes have been already filled, so there could possibly be a few dropouts, but nothing significant.

Not sure what you mean by this. I’ve always known you can elect a spouse or domestic partner (meaning no proof of union needed) on travel benefits. That space does get D1 and D2 priority. Unless it has changed, yet again.

I could direct you to an airline that already has those pay rates. I wouldn't recommend holding your breath for raises. I predict it won't happen.
There is a 1 percent raise though on January 1, 2018, which ends the current 6 year pay freeze.

Pay rate? Nope
Min day pay? Nope
Managerial style? Nope
Min days off? Nope
Reserve rules? Nope
In other word money in your pocket and QOL? Nope and Nope
By using standards from 3 years ago. Sure great place to work Envoy. But times are changing almost 2018 and Envoy has to do some serious work to the contract to challenge Endeavor's
