Captain upgrade time
How long is it taking right now to upgrade captain? Is the APC website accurate?
Is it true that once you upgrade you'll get 12 year pay rate right away?
I do have over 12k total time and over 9k hours in Part 121
Plus 5k PIC time being over 3k in heavy jets. So qualification isn't a problem.

How long is it taking right now to upgrade captain? Is the APC website accurate? The vacancy award that is forthcoming in a few days will shed more light, but if you're already qualified to upgrade (meet 121 CA requirements) you'll upgrade almost immediately. They are forcing FOs that don't wish to upgrade into the Captain seat.

Buddy passes? 16 one way multi leg trips
How's medical and Dental? It's nothing to write home about.
Do they vest 401K right away? 3 years.
Is it a 401k match or they will contribute even if you don't? After one year it's 50% match up to 7%.
Do you still get the new hire bonus even if get awarded captain right away? You get the NH bonus before you even know you will get CA. So yes. But you don't get the 2-3 year bonus of 2500 per quarter.
When is the next contract negotiations starting? 2020 I think. But we are continually making changes to the contract.

Is there any seat lock when you hired?
