So all 175 FOs are unfrozen. So? Nothing happens. If we are talking about CAs then that's a different story but still not a big deal.

I understand, I thought it was equipment specific not seat specific. Since the last sentence in the Waiver paragraph says all senior pilots who are in a training freeze in the same equipment.

Thank you for the clarification guys. I wish indoc was as helpful as the information you guys have.

The only advice I can give you in regards to the contract and regs is they don't mean what they say. Black and white wording can be grayed by the company. Don't be afraid to ask the union by email to help explain it to you. I wish the union was more proactive about helping new guys understand everything.

Default Restricted ATP and upgrade

If you are hired with a restricted ATP do you still need 2500 total time to upgrade?

So you are saying someone with military minimum time of 750 hours which includes 500 hours of turbine time in a two pilot crew aircraft could be a captain with only 500 hours of 121 time for a total time of only 1250?
