I understand, I thought it was equipment specific not seat specific. Since the last sentence in the Waiver paragraph says all senior pilots who are in a training freeze in the same equipment.

The only advice I can give you in regards to the contract and regs is they don't mean what they say. Black and white wording can be grayed by the company. Don't be afraid to ask the union by email to help explain it to you. I wish the union was more proactive about helping new guys understand everything.
Me too, because a lot of this is confusing AF.

The Des Moines International Airport revealed Thursday that American Airlines is adding twice-daily flights to Philadelphia, starting in May. Envoy Air, doing business as American Eagle, will operate the daily flight using Embraer 175 aircraft, airport spokesperson Brent McHenry said. Philadelphia International Airport is a hub for American, with many flights departing from there for Europe. Tickets will be available for sale beginning October 7.
