May be a stupid question...

Is it that simple?

From Sam last night “I am not for street captain and or captains who don’t know where the crew room is” I am not against his comment, I believe we should have to have some time on property and learn the Envoy ways.

That would be a logistical nightmare!

Alright. It doesn't matter if you are frozen or not. You still can't bid from jet to jet.

A training freeze means nothing to an FO. There is another section of the contract that limits FOs from bidding another FO jet.

This is in reference to Displacement upgrades from
Junior to senior order. If the company forced an upgrade to someone who is a NH on airplane A and forces them to take a displacement upgrade on Airplane B.. that is waiving the training freeze for NH.. nobody is trying to bid jet to jet.. I am not trying to bid anything.. I have union members and management members telling us if there is unfilled vacancies you will be upgraded in reverse seniority order per 154G..

You still aren't understanding this correctly. Everyone senior to you on the 175 doesn't get released from a training freeze. Only pilots who actually get displaced aren't subject to a training freeze. I don't know where you're getting this everyone senior on the jet gets released from a training freeze. It's really simple, if an FO gets displaced to CA, it'll be to an unfilled CA vacancy. Which pretty much means they'll be displaced to LGA 145. There's no training freeze, but you still can't bid jet to jet. It's not the logistical nightmare that you're are mistakingly making it out to be.

If you pick up Overtime and want to drop it. Does the company have to drop the trip since it was overtime? Looked through the contract and didn’t see a clear answer. Thanks

They don't ever have to drop a trip. It's always up to them. But if you want to know if they might drop an OT trip if they have staffing, yes they can.

I guess I can’t read... Sec 15 page 11 Subpart J paragraph 1B new hire training freeze...

Sec 15 Page 12 paragraph 4 Titles Waiver...

Unless I am reading mandarin, it seems pretty straight forward to me..

Please correct me if I am wrong..

I am just going off of the resources I have in front of me.

That waiver section you posted refers to instances where the company unilaterally cancels somebody's current training freeze. In other words, they couldn't cancel an assistant chief pilot's training freeze as a favor without cancelling everyone else's senior to them in the same seat. It is not the same as a displacement where no training freeze is applied to the displaced pilot alone.

You are reading this right but it doesn't matter. Except if there is a displacement next time around then the unfrozen pilots can proffer to displace.

So all 175 FOs are unfrozen. So? Nothing happens. If we are talking about CAs then that's a different story but still not a big deal.
