Yeah they definitely want to grow us as much as possible, and all that growth will be in PHL. Interesting on the Republic front though, everyone I'v talked to has heard AA is trying to beef up WO operation and scale everyone else back. Interesting times!

Now for the WOs to get pay scales like Endeavor got and keep this growth rolling for all of us

I like the way you think. Negotiations with the company need to start from scratch at this point. The world has changed.

And by exceeding I don’t mean just taking endeavors rates and adding a dollar. Seems a bit weak if we just end up riding Endevors MEC’s hard work.

Default Captain upgrade time

How long is it taking right now to upgrade captain? Is the APC website accurate?
Is it true that once you upgrade you'll get 12 year pay rate right away?
I do have over 12k total time and over 9k hours in Part 121
Plus 5k PIC time being over 3k in heavy jets. So qualification isn't a problem.
