My advice to you all, go to endeavor. Our union is out of touch with its members, not saying there’s malice behind their decisions, but maybe they need to take a step back and talk among themselves after last nights call, and not get defensive as I’m hearing they are butt hurt. And a company that thinks flow trumps treatment. They beat you down and say you’ll flow (someday).

Maybe I missed it, but are they shrinking DFW 175 as a part of this bid? I know they are adding 80 crews to ORD, but would FOs in DFW be involuntarily sent to ORD outside of 15.G.4 forced upgrades? They mentioned that this is not a true displacement bid, so I would have to conclude that DFW 175 will remain the size it currently is.
Anyone have input?

15G4 is where the company says we need 30 145 LGA CA. They end up taking the 30 lowest seniority pilots with 1000 hours regardless of their current status.

So a DISPLACEMENT is where the company says that we don't need 30 175 DFW CAs. Those pilots then get their choice of where they go based on their seniority.

But if they do that, that will unlock everyone on the 175 who is in a training freeze... for example I have the requirements and one of the most junior FO who has the requirements. I was awarded DFW 175, therefor if they use the waiver on the next page of the contract. The company can release me from the freeze, but if they do, they release everyone senior to me on the 175.
That would be a logistical nightmare!
